Time to play restaurant boys and girls
Our fried green tomatoes are a little different- with crispy country ham, roasted shallot aioli, sun-dried tomato vinaigrette and drizzle of balsamic vinegar reduction and finished with crumbled feta cheese. Yes, this dish has done very well for us!
Is a brine necessary to make good ribs? No, but it is necessary if you want to make exceptional ribs.
